The Ventrac 4520P was delivered in May 2025 and spent the first year learning it on my own property in Haven Road before offering the service commercially. The footage on this site was captured there. What you see is what you'll get on your property.

The business exists because of a challenge that's obvious to anyone who owns a large, hilly property in the western suburbs: most operators shy away from steep terrain, or attempt it with equipment that's not rated for it. The Ventrac 4520P with dual wheels is rated for continuous operation on slopes up to 30 degrees. I live in Pullenvale. I know this terrain.

I'm Andrew Farran, and Fallow & Blade is my business. I work three to four days per week, building a small book of recurring clients across Pullenvale and the surrounding suburbs. The focus is doing a small number of jobs very well, not volume. Every job is done by me personally.
